This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information from users of our apps (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall our apps.
1. Company and Jurisdiction
R30 Ventures Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its primary place of business in California. This policy is written to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as well as applicable federal law, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act. California residents have specific rights described in Section 6 below.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, make a purchase, contact us, or interact with features of our apps, you may provide:

• Username or display name
• Payment information (processed through third-party payment providers; we do not store raw card data)

• Messages or content you submit within the app

When you use our apps, we automatically collect:
• Device identifiers (device ID, advertising ID, IDFA/GAID)
• Device type, operating system, and version
• App version and session data
• IP address and general location (city/region level unless you grant precise location access)
• In-app behavior: screens visited, features used, taps, session duration
• Crash reports and performance logs
2.3 Device Permissions
Our apps may request the following device permissions, depending on the features you use. You can manage these at any time in your device settings.
• Location: Used for location-based features. We collect precise location only if you grant permission.
• Camera and Photo Library: Used for profile photos or user-generated content features.
• Notifications: Used to send push notifications (see Section 5).
• Contacts: Only accessed if you choose to connect with friends through the app. We do not store your contacts on our servers without your explicit consent.

5. Mobile-Specific Practices
5.1 Push Notifications
If you grant permission for push notifications, we may send you alerts, updates, or promotional messages. You can opt out at any time through your device notification settings or within the app. Disabling notifications does not affect your access to core app features.
5.2 App Store Data Practices
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Both platforms may collect certain data under their own privacy policies as part of app delivery and in-app purchase processing. We encourage you to review Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies for details on their data practices.
We maintain App Privacy labels on the App Store and a Data Safety section on Google Play that summarize the data our apps collect and how it is used.
6. Your Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
• Right to Know: You can request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, the sources it came from, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete: You can request that we delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., where retention is required for legal compliance).
• Right to Correct: You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell personal information. If this practice changes, you will have the right to opt out.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Where applicable, you can request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to perform the services you requested.

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and monitoring for unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. We also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention schedules. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 4.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@r30ventures.com and we will take appropriate action. Where applicable, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through:
• A push notification or in-app alert
• A prominent notice on our website or app before the change takes effect
• An updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy
Continued use of our Services after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
